Appointment
of New CEO

Warm Greetings from the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM)!
Wishing you a Happy 2010 and every success in this new year.
I would like to take this opportunity to announce the appointment of Dr Nazily Noor as the
CEO of MIM with effect from 18 January 2010. He is taking over from Dr Wilson Tay who has
retired from the position, having completed his tour of duty with MIM.
On behalf of MIM, I thank you for your support to Dr Wilson Tay during his tenure at MIM,
and I hope that you will continue to give your support to Dr Nazily as he takes on his new
assignment with us.
Dr Nazily
hails from Kelantan. He has more than six years' experience in CEO role, managing
international subsidiaries with sales in excess of RM200 million with over 1000 employees.
He was named "Top 200 Bumi CEOs in Malaysia" by Berita Publication in 2005/6 for
corporate turnaround successes. An adjunct fellow with Universiti Utara Malaysia, he has
also served in the roles of Managing Director for more than four years for the
world's largest producers of electronic wiring harnesses and telecommunication/data
cable assemblies and has more than 19 years' experience in managing operations,
sales, marketing and contract management. |
