SMIDEC
Skills Upgrading Programme for SMEs |

Being one of the Small
and Medium Industries Development Corporation (SMIDEC) approved training providers, MIM
has crafted out a list of a comprehensive collection of competency based management
leadership training and development programmes under the SMIDEC Skills Upgrading Programme
for SMEs. This Skills Upgrading Programme is aimed at enhancing the skills and
capabilities of employees of SMEs in the technical and managerial levels, particularly in
critical areas such as the electrical and electronic, IT, industrial design and
engineering fields. SMEs that send their employees for courses at appointed training
providers will be eligible for a 80 per cent training grant.
