TNA ADMINISTRATOR

Key Responsibilities And Duties:

  • To assist our TNA consultants in conducting training needs analysis for companies
  • To write, prepare and compile TNA reports and ensure on-time follow up with our clients and consultants
  • To monitor projects and to attend meetings and briefing sessions

Selection Criteria:

  • Excellent English writing skills.
  • Enjoys report writing and compile analysis reports.
  • Those with Training Executive and Coordinator background will be given priority.
  • Possess own transportation and enjoys occasional travels.
  • Those with experience and interest in training will be groomed for TTT positions.

SALES EXECUTIVE - MEMBERSHIP & OUTREACH

Key Responsibilities And Duties:

  • To act as goodwill ambassador between MIM and its members
  • To update members’ membership status, soliciting feedback from members and to report back to MIM what its members have to say about the Institute’s products and service quality
  • To assist in collection of membership dues, change of data, enquiries and issuing of cards, etc
  • To update MemBank information
  • To recruit MIM new members - Corporate & Individual and assist in re-engaging MIM ex-members
  • To identify companies to be visited based on their performance and contribution to MIM. To make appointment to meet MIM existing and potential Group Members
  • To prepare group membership certificates that have to be delivered, make appointments and schedule for visits. Prepare Intelligence and Feedback reports before and after every visit.
  • To promote MIM events, programmes and seminars. To create awareness on MIM and it’s services to the public
  • Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time to be agreed between staff and the Head of Department

Qualification & Requirements

  • A recognised diploma or degree in any discipline or related qualification;
  • A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in Sales or PR;
  • Good presentation and communication skills (both English & Bahasa Malaysia);
  • Possess good inter-personal skills with a pleasant and outgoing personality;
  • Able to multi task and prioritise responsibilities;
  • Systematic, organised and a good team player.ompile information of the company and competitors activities as well as keeping record of press cuttings

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities And Duties:

  • Sourcing/ prospecting of new corporate clients, initiating and establishing new relationship for sales of MIM products and services.
  • Maintain relationships and expand business with existing corporate clients.
  • Interpret and anticipate the needs of customers and clients, to find and create solutions to their needs that will generate revenue for MIM.
  • Collaborate and provide input to Management to establish sale objectives for expansion of corporate relationships.
  • To have full knowledge of all existing and new products and services.
  • Write Training Proposal for submission to client and prepare Income & Expenditure for internal approval.
  • To maintain and facilitate client communication, presentation and communication between client and Management.
  • To meet the monthly and annual sales target and other performance goals.

Selection & Requirements

  • Possess a Degree or equivalent qualification, Diploma holders will be considered
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in either Sales or Telesales
  • Persistent and highly-motivated and sales driven
  • Results-oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve Sales Team targets
  • Possess own transport
