Asian Association of Management Organisations (AAMO) Council Meeting in Manila

The Asian Association of Management Organisations (AAMO) held its Council Meeting in Manila on 12 & 13 October 2006. Dr Wilson Tay, CEO of MIM attended the meeting together with leaders from the other national management associations. AAMO is a partnership of National Management Organisations (NMO) in the Asian Region whose purpose is to share and actively leverage resources to enhance the achievement of their respective missions. AAMO is an independent, non-political and not-for-profit Association of NMOs, which promotes, facilitates and supports the development of professional management in the Asia Pacific Region. The current 15 members of AAMO include Australia, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Mauritius, Nepal, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Taiwan.
