Asian Association of Management Organisations (AAMO) is a partnership of National Management Organisations (NMO) in the Asian Region whose purpose is to share and actively leverage resources to enhance the achievement of their respective missions. AAMO is an independent, non-political and not-for-profit Association of NMOs, which promotes, facilitates and supports the development of professional management in the Asia Pacific Region. The current 15 members of AAMO include Australia, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Mauritius, Nepal, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Taiwan.
Australia-wide Business Training Pty Ltd (ABT) was established in September 1998 to provide complete business consulting and customised training services to organisations. ABT is accredited as a Registered Training Organisation and is approved to deliver, assess and issue qualifications for nationally recognised training. It delivers the Diploma of Business, Diploma of Business (Frontline Management), Diploma in Business (Franchising) and other certifications programmes in Business, Franchising, Retail Management, etc.
ACCA history in Malaysia can be traced back since 1936. ACCA Malaysia support ACCA's global mission to provide quality professional opportunities for people of ability and application, to be the leader in the development of the global accountancy profession, to promote the highest ethical and governance standards and to work in the public interest.

Bursa Malaysia Berhad is an exchange holding company, listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities. Established in 1973, Bursa Malaysia today has over 1,000 listed companies offering a wide range of investment choices to the world. Companies are either listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Main Board for larger capitalised companies, the Second Board for medium sized companies or the MESDAQ Market for high growth and technology companies. Bursa Malaysia also has an offshore market.
Franchise Council of Australia Limited (FCA) is established in 1983 as a not-for-profit trade association to establish standards of international best practice in business format franchising for Australian franchise systems, provide information and education about franchising to existing and potential franchisees and franchisors, to develop a vital, strong and financially viable franchising sector. FCA is closely affiliated with franchising associations around the world, and is a founding member of the Asia Pacific Franchise Confederation (APFC). It is also a member of the World Franchise Council (WFC) and for 1999 and 2000 is the secretariat for the World Franchise Council.
The Malaysia Institute Of Integrity (IIM) is the brainchild of YAB Prime Minister Dato' Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, which he announced on November 5, 2003. It was formally registered on March 4, 2004 as a company limited by guarantee under the Companies Act. IIM's role is to facilitate the aims and objectives of National Integrity Plan (NIP) and perform a coordinating function towards developing a Malaysian society that is imbued with the value of integrity, resilience and noble universal values.
The International Knowledge Management Institute (KM Institute) is an educational institution and trade association, formed in 2004 and incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA in 2005. KM society roots dates back to 1998 when the first KM Chapter was created in Washington DC by Douglas Weidner. KM Institute provide the infrastructure support for voluntary and non-profit communities. KAS's international activities aim at supporting democracy and the rule of law, respecting human rights, furthering mutual understanding, respect, appreciation and cooperation between different nations, cultures, ethnics and religions, promoting the unique German concept of social market economy, i.e. a holistic concept of a sustainable market economy encompassing well-balanced economic, social, ecological and ethical development, providing help towards self-help in development, fighting the causes of poverty and encouraging environmental protection.
Multimedia Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (MDeC) is incorporated under the Companies Act of Malaysia, and owned and funded by the Government. At MDeC, we combine the entrepreneurial efficiency and effectiveness of a private company with the decision-making authority of a high-powered government agency. Our role is to advise the Malaysian Government on legislation and policies, develop MSC Malaysia-specific practises, and set breakthrough standards for multimedia operations. We also promote MSC Malaysia locally and globally, as well as support companies which are locating and located within MSC Malaysia.
The Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), established under the Accountants Act 1967 has assumed the authority empowered by law to manifest itself as the authoritative body regulating the accounting profession.

On July 26, 1958, The Malayan Association of Certified Public Accountants was formed by 20 members under the Companies Ordinances, 1940 - 1946 as a professional body.

The Association became "The Malaysian Association of Certified Public Accountants" (MACPA) on July 6, 1964, and subsequently The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) on January 29, 2002.

Omni View Consultancy (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 28 November 1995. The company holds the exclusive distributorship rights to market and train users in the Harrison Assessments System. The Harrison Assessments Job Suitability Profiling System was developed by Professor Dr. Dan Harrison.
Perbadanan National Berhad (PNS) operates under the purview of Ministry of Entrepreneur & Cooperative Development (MECD) towards developing the Bumiputera Commercial and Industrial Community (BCIC). It is committed to assisting the aspiring Bumiputera entrepreneurs to ride the wave of economic changes through its Special Franchise Development Programme, Financing Scheme and Equity Financing.

The Small and Medium Industries Development Corporation (SMIDEC) was established on 2nd May 1996. The establishment of SMIDEC was in recognition of the need for a specialised agency to further promote the development of Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) in the manufacturing sector through the provision of advisory services, fiscal and financial assistance, infrastructural facilities, market access and other support programmes.
The Malaysian incorporated SpringBoard Asian Sdn Bhd is headed by Datuk Paddy Bowie and will represent the hub for all of our operations in the ASEAN region and will be focusing on bringing world leading programmes like ICDL and LearnDirect to the local market.

MIM collaborates with SpringBoard Asia as the Approved Test Centre to deliver ICDL assessment and training programme.

TISS MSC was founded in 2003 to compliment the business of Millennium Hallmark Software as the sales and distribution arm of the organisation. Formed in 2001, MHS found its niche in the marketplace in the Internet Content Security product space and began its distribution operations in October of that year.

TISS gained the much coveted Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) status in March 2003, for its contribution to ICT development in Malaysia. TISS continues to fulfill its passion and obligations under this status umbrella.

Malaysian Biotechnology Corporation Sdn Bhd (BiotechCorp) was established in May 2005 as one of the action plans under the National Biotechnology Policy. BiotechCorp is an agency under the purview of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) and is owned by the Ministry of Finance Incorporated. It is governed by a Cabinet-level Biotechnology Implementation Council and advised by a Biotechnology International Advisory panel, both chaired by the Prime Minister of Malaysia.

The objective of the establishment of BiotechCorp, amongst others, is to identify value propositions in both biotechnology R&D and commerce, and support these ventures via financial assistance and developmental services. It is a one-stop-centre for the biotechnology and life sciences industry in Malaysia, providing support, facilitation and advisory services for biotechnology companies that are keen to establish their presence in Malaysia.
The Intellectual Property Division (IPD) was established on the 27th October 1990 under the jurisdiction of The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Malaysia. The division is responsible for the development and management of intellectual property system in Malaysia. Prior to its establishment, it was known as the 'Pejabat Pendaftaran Cap Dagangan dan Jaminhak' under the jurisdiction of The Ministry of Trade and Industry.

In the era of globalisation and liberalisation, intellectual property has become more challenging. Thus, began the inception of the establishment of the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia on 3rd March 2003. This corporation is fully autonomous in it's administration and finance.
