Registration forms must be completed and submitted together with full payment of course fees to MIM before commencement of the course. Otherwise, we may have to treat your registration(s) as unconfirmed. Payment can be made either by cheques/credit card or bank drafts. All cheques/bank drafts must be made payable to "MIM Education Sdn Bhd" and crossed "A/C Payee Only".

SUBSTITUTION OR CANCELLATIONS
Substitution of participant(s) is allowed provided the Institute is notified in writing of the same with the name and designation of the new participants(s) at any time prior to commencement of the course.

Cancellations from the course is subject to the following:
• Seven (7) days prior to commencement - full refund
• Less than seven (7) days prior to the commencement - 50% refund
• After the commencement / No show - no refund

Non-Attendance
If a participant fails to attend a course, the course fees will not be refunded nor allocated to another course.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
Registration forms together with full payment of course fees received one (1) month before the commencement of the course is entitled to a 10% discount. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

GROUP DISCOUNT
An organisation sending three or more staff members to attend the same course held on the same day is entitled to a 10% discount.

DISCLAIMER
Change of course fees
The Institute reserves the right to alter the course fees advertised without prior notification. However, the Institute will not demand for the increase in fees from a participant if the course fee has been fully paid. However, if the course fee is not paid at the time of the fee increase, the participant will be charged the new fee accordingly.

Change of course date, course leader or venue
The Institute reserves the right to make alternative arrangements to the above without prior notice to participants. However, every effort will be made to inform the participant of the changes. Additional expenses The Institute shall not be responsible for any extra expenses incurred by any participant (s) in the course of attending the course.
