Leadership is a desired
behaviour and trait that is sought in corporations and institutions. However, many of us
inadvertently place great emphasis and focus on leadership. In particular,
"heroic" leaders, often forgetting that in reality, outstanding leaders stand on the
shoulders of excellent managers. AWhere would leaders be without managers nad followers?"
