PROGRAMME OUTLINE:
The HR Forum will be made up of Human Resource practitioners representing the
various industries. The participants will be addressing burning issues and Human Resource
challenges facing the business enterprises going forward. They will also be identifying
the Human Resource competencies required and organisational development needs.
The forum will be led by
Encik Ashraf Iqbal, Managing Director of Federal Auto Holdings Berhad. Encik Ashraf was
the Regional Marketing Director Asia Pacific, HayGroup, a global consulting company prior
to his current appointment. He is known to be one with deep passion for people management.
