INTRODUCTION
With the 21st century well on its way, the challenges to
international business have never been greater and the need for highly skilled managers
more acute.
Increasingly,
corporations and businesses, large and small, are becoming global in their perspectives
and operations. There is a greater need for higher levels of individual and organisational
knowledge and for new dimensions of managerial competence and behaviour.
In an age when the only
certainty is uncertainty, management knowledge and skills will be a source of competitive
advantage.
This Forum is designed
to share with managers the management and leadership skills required to address the
challenges of the 21st century.

OBJECTIVE
This forum is designed to share with managers the management and leadership skills required to address the challenges of the 21st century.
