McMillan
Ron McMillan was co-founder of Covey Leadership
Center, serving as Vice President of Research and Development for seven years. Ron holds
advanced degrees in Sociology and Organisational Behavior, and is the co-author of the New
York Times bestseller, Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High.
He also authored other books on communication, teaming, and organisational effectiveness,
