It is undeniable that effective leadership plays a significant role in the success of any organization in its quest to achieve business sustainability and growth. Hence, it is imperative that organisations subscribe to best practices in leadership practice and development.

To establish the current leadership practices and development across industries in the country, the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) and PETRONAS Leadership Centre (PLC) have jointly designed and developed the ‘Leadership Practices and Development In Malaysia Survey 2012'. Findings from this inaugural survey will assist various stakeholders in developing policies and interventions to enhance leadership practices and development strategies, ultimately benefiting the national human capital development.
 

You may have received this survey either as an individual member of MIM, the CEO of an organisation that is a Corporate Member of MIM or as an invited respondent. If you are the CEO, we would appreciate if you could extend this survey to three other management staff in your organization apart from completing the survey yourself.

With the completion of the survey, you will be invited for a special presentation on the findings of the survey which will be notified on a later date.
