The Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) is proud to announce that we will be organising the inaugural Global Excellence in Management Awards (GEMA 2013) on 13 June 2013 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. GEMA 2013 is opened to all Malaysian-owned, local or international companies based in Malaysia. This Award ceremony seeks to identify and reward individuals and organisations in 26 key areas who adopt the best in class examples of creativity, innovation and transformation in business management.

MIM together with Conference Board, supported by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) presents  CEO Challenge 2013: The Asia Economic and Business Context Briefing on 21 May 2013 at Royale Chulan Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. At this briefing, Bart van Ark, Executive Vice President and Chief Economist at the Conference Board will share the findings from the study and invite comparison between challenges faced in Malaysia, Asia and globally. MIM in collaboration with Miri Municipal Council, Sarawak and supported by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) presents MIM-KAS CSR Boot Camp (Miri) 2013: Better Business Better Society on 20 May 2013 at Miri Marriott Resort & Spa, Miri, Sarawak This unique and hands-on boot camp leads participants through areas of subject matter to discuss during the boot camp.
