HOW TO APPLY

• To apply using the application form, click “Download Form” button above, print and fill up the form. You can pay us a visit at our office or you can fax over the form to 03-7711 2930. • To apply online, click HERE and fill in the form.  
• An initial payment of RM200.00 (non-refundable) processing fee will be required upon submission of the registration form. This fee will act as a deposit for your entrance and annual subscription fee. We accept both Visa and Mastercard. 
• Once we received the form, we will contact you via email for confirmation of registration.

NOTE:

• MIM will inform the applicant of the approved level or grade of membership and advise on the balance of fee to be paid.
• The Annual Subscription and Entrance Fee is payable in full upon approval of membership.
• MIM reserves the right to reject any application.
• All cheques should be made payable to “MALAYSIAN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT”.
