The MIM Work Based Diploma of Leadership and Management is an integrated programme focusing on learning that was gained from past work experience and the development of new learning in the form of work based projects focusing on the learner’s current role. Dual Endorsement:
MIM Work Based Diploma of Leadership and Management from the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) and Australian Institute of Management Education and Training

ENTRY QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum SPM with 3 credits (completion of year 12 or higher
    evident of ability to study at Diploma level)
  • At least 3 years’ work experience and able to see aspects of  your current work as having opportunities to undertake projects.

For those who do not have the required direct entry qualification but possess the necessary Recognised Prior Learning experience, admission can be considered on a case to case basis.

HRDF SCHEME
This programme falls under the HRDF claimable scheme. Employers can submit their claims for reimbursement to HRDF upon completion of each unit of the programme.
