WELCOME TO THE MIM MANAGEMENT LEADERSHIP CENTRE (MLC)

The MIM PARTNER Management Leadership Centre is an industry collaboration between MIM and its valued Partner to assist these dynamic organisations to manage their employees' talents in their quest to achieve transformational changes to meet with local demands and global challenges.

The Management Leadership Centre is an in-company web technology platform which is designed to enable organisations to effectively assess, develop, monitor and build their human capital by effective management of employees' talents and their value appreciation for transformational changes.

The MLC provides a series of technology enabled tools for organisation through: MIM COMPASS and MIM HA Profiling to assess organisational capability and individual competency; MIM TMP provides the training and development intervention to improve organisational capability and narrow the individual competency gaps; MIM SCORECARD to monitor and keep score of the training and development investment through employees training evaluation and with MIM VLC to facilitate continuous and life long learning which encourages the transformation into a Learning Organisation towards the efficient achievement of the KPIs for a Balance Scorecard environment and culture.

This is an organization capability assessment tool which allow the organization to design assessments for culture fit and alignment, climate surveys and capability performance assessment.
This MIM Talent Management Programme which provides a series of proven public and customized in-house training and development programmes to improve organization capability and narrow individual competency gaps. This web-based facility allows online real-time recording, monitoring, tracking and evaluation of your employees training and development investment, and provides a valuable decision support system for effective and equitable allocation of scarce training resources. This is an online e-learning which allows employee to undertake continuous lifelong training and learning using MIM or parties own programmes.
