A: REGISTRATION, ON-LINE APPROVAL & CONFIRMATION
Once the participant has registered, and all the 3 signatories have approved, the submission to MIM will be treated as Confirmation and invoice will be billed accordingly
B: SUBSTITUTION OR CANCELLATION
No substitution of participants and cancellations will be allowed under this arrangement.
C: NON-ATTENDANCE
If a participant fails to attend a programme, the programme fees will not be refunded nor transfered to another programme.
D: PROGRAMME FEES
All programme fees are inclusive of the Certificate of Attendance, notes, stationery, lunch and refreshments (not applicable for in-house). The Certificates of Attendance is awarded only upon fulfillment of a minimum of 80% attendance of each module of a programme.
E: PAYMENT
MIM will bill the respective Cost Centre accordingly. Upon completing the On-Line Registration Form, please:
i. Print the form
ii. Attach all the approval emails from 3 signatories
iii.Pass to Commercial Department for the issuance of Purchase Order (PO)
iv.E-fax approved PO to MIM at +603 - 21449319
Please note that your PO must reach MIM, 10 working days before your Programme.
b. Payment shall be made by telegraphic transfer through MIM Account (Affin Bank Berhad 0021040000015735).
c. In the event if payment is not received after the sixty (60) working days credit term from the date of the invoice (refer to Clauses 4.2.1 and 4.2.2) from respective Cost Centre., a certified true copy of the invoice shall be sent to settle or pay all the outstanding amount as indicated in the invoice within ten (10) working days upon receipt of the invoice.
d. Penalty for late payment. In the event payment is not received by MIM from the respective Cost Centre after the sixty (60) working days credit term from the date of invoice, daily interest based on Base Lending Rate (BLR) plus one point two five percent (1.25%) will be levied for all outstanding amount. An invoice on the interests levied will be raised by MIM and send to the respective Cost
Centre.
F: DISCLAIMER
Change of programme fees
The Institute reserves the right to alter the programme fees advertised without prior notification. The Institute will not demand for the increase in fees from a participant if the programme fee has been fully paid. However, if the programme fee is not paid at the time of the fee increase, the participant will be charged the new fee accordingly.
Change of programme date, course leader or venue
The Institute reserves the right to make alternative arrangements to the above without prior notice to participants. However, every effort will be made to inform the participant of the changes.
Additional expenses
The Institute shall not be responsible for any extra expenses incurred by any participant(s) in the course of attending the programme.
G: PROCESS TIME-LINE
i. Registration & Confirmation for LDP & Project Management Programmes
All registrations must be received by MIM at least fifteen (15) working days before the dates of commencement for any programmes. In the event, if registration is not received within the stipulated time frame, MIM reserves the right to decline the registrations or to register the participants for the next scheduled programme.
MIM will confirm your registration by fax normally one week before the commencement of the programme. You will also receive full administrative details together with pre-programme questionnaires (if applicable).
ii. MIM Profiling
The time taken for processing the above shall be fifteen (15) working days from the date of registration by the applicants. This time frame is based on the assumption that there is no "hiccups" in the system and that the system is well in placed at the time of registrations and processing. Should there be any implications arising from any "hiccups" in the system and through no fault of either
parties, the stipulated time frame will not be applicable.
