MIM & Omni View Consultancy (M) Sdn Bhd brings Harrison Assessments (HA) product to Malaysian Corporate Community

Today, the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) signed a distributor agreement with Omni View Consultancy (M) Sdn. Bhd, the master distributor of The Harrison Assessments Behavioural Competency Profiling System. MIM is now a distributor of Harrison Assessments Behavioural Competency Profiling System providing
Malaysian corporations with a technologically driven advance system in human capital profiling. This system will aid corporations in selecting the right talent for the job, career development for the talent, measure job performance and save thousands on human capital investment. |
"Having worked and trained in some of the best companies that promote excellent managership abroad, I have discovered through my experience that Malaysia still has a long way to go and have much room for improvement in talent management," said Dr Wilson Tay, MIM Chief Executive Officer.
He says, "Like it or not, the success of our companies lies within the potential of our employees. If human talent management holds the key to unlocking this valuable potential in the human capital, then we need an expert system that can provide insight to the human resource, to bring forth that potential and translate it into something measurable."

He studied and developed different organisational assessment methods, teambuilding methodologies and 360-degree feedback methodologies. Seeing the importance of achieving a clear psychological "picture" of the individual, he explored different assessment methodologies. Dr. Harrison's experience in Human Potential Psychology combined with his mathematical background enabled him to create a
comprehensive theory and methodology that could accurately identify attitudinal and behavioural patterns. He spent
more than 15 years developing the underlying framework that later became the Harrison Assessments methodology. This combination of experience led to the creation of a comprehensive personality and organisational development assessment tool, now known as Harrison Assessments Behavioural Competency Profiling System.
