Dr Sanjeev Raman is an Enterprise Lean|Agile and Management Consultant. He started QF4 Technologies, Inc. to help organisations transform their environment to be more collaborative, efficient, innovative, and aligned for success. Sanjeev has over 15 years in the high tech space, ranging from technical product development to program and executive management, and now Lean|Agile coaching and training. Some of his clients have included Intel, Cisco, PayPal, JP Morgan Chase, AOL, Juniper, Hewlett Packard, to name a few.

Padma Satyamurthy is an enthusiastic IT professional with over 15 years of experience in the IT Industry with expertise in Coaching & Consulting, Product Development Mentoring, & Training and Solution Design. She has rich, hands-on experience in implementing agile software development practices such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, FDD and TDD across different domains and business establishments. She has been instrumental in setting up agile practice offices with practice capabilities of distributed agile methods, setting up Agile CoEs as part of her consulting assignment. Joseph is currently a Technology Advantage(TA) and a Problem Solver/Efficiency Coach and the Site General Manager for the Malaysia Design Center for Intel’s APAC Region. For over eight years he has been a coach for organizations and his role now more focused on finding and solving problems for Intel, using his Lean and Agile knowledge. Intel Malaysia has been responsible for ALL the agile transformation within Intel in Asia, which spans across Singapore, China and India. They have coached the teams from IT, Manufacturing, Finance, Public Affairs, Hardware and Software Development, Validation and Design Teams in this region. Dr.Anand is Corporate Trainer, Systems Development & Integration specialist with 14 years of experience in enterprise systems design and training in several industries across the country. Obtained a PhD in Information Technology from University Technology Petronas & Master of Network Computing from Monash University Australia. He has extensive experience and responsible for implementing business process improvement initiatives using Design Thinking, Lean/Agile techniques for the implementation and adoption of Office 365 and Digital Transformation for various Non-Profits in Asia-Pacific. This involves using varying education methods and proposals by using best-fit agile methods and frameworks such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum and DevOps practices.

Suganthi has been an IT professional for the last 25 years with extensive experience in the area of IT Service Management. She is currently leading the implementation of the IT Transformation strategy of demobilizing Shell IT Malaysia, standing up the new hub in Bangalore and to maintain secure, reliable operations.She is highly proficient in nurturing relationships to ensure successful delivery of organization goals with direct and indirect reports who have been globally as well as virtually spread. She also actively participates in coaching, mentoring as well as the Soft/ Technical Skills Training sessions in the areas such as Leadership/Global Working/ ITIL Foundation, Kepner Tregoe, DevOps Foundation. Sharliza Mohd Haris is currently the Agile Transformation Director for Telekom Malaysia. She leads the agile transformation, covering design of agile operating model, scaling up the agile way of working in TM. She is a certified Scrum Master and is currently pursuing Agile Certified Practitioner. She has been in the telecommunications industry for more than 15 years. Previously, she was a state GM for one of the states in Klang Valley. As a state GM, she cross functionally led a team of more then 700 people, focussing on revenue, cost, collection, people and customer experience for mass, enterprise and government customers.

She is responsible for building up the Digital Workplace IT capability in Malaysia to deliver its global workplace services and operations.Irene Chong’s career spans 20+ years of progressive leadership and IT responsibilities ranging from strategy to managing and delivering business critical IT services and operations in multi-industry that include Oil and Gas, Telecommunications and Supply Chain execution. Tze is an Agile transformation agent, coach and organisation designer experienced in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, LeSS and SAFe (Scaled Agile).
