Ann has been named in the top 100 women to watch in the 2015 Female FTSE report from Cranfield and is an expert on current challenges facing women in the workplace. Ann holds a BA with Distinction from Stanford, an MBA/MS from Columbia; Honorary Doctorates in Business Administration from UWE and Nottingham Trent Universities and a Doctor of the University from Oxford Brookes.

Ian Myson is Director of HE Partnerships & Product Management, responsible for product development across the product/service portfolio, ongoing management of the portfolio, and partnership development with HE and other Professional Bodies. Ian joined CMI in 2006 specifically to develop electronic delivery approaches to learning, which included the development of ManagementDirect, new media content assets and their integration in CMI’s direct delivery of training and development. Since then his remit has grown, to embrace the full CMI product/ service portfolio, and latterly partnership development. Prior to joining CMI Ian spent 16 years in B2B legal and business electronic publishing with Wolters Kluwer and led significant group publishing and consultancy businesses. He has a strong interest in learning, and is a qualified teacher (of history). He is also a Chartered Accountant (a product of spending the 1980s working for Arthur Andersen’s tax department), as well as being a Chartered Manager. He has an MA and PGCE from Oxford University.
