The MIM Work Based Diploma of Leadership and Management is an integrated programme focusing on learning that was gained from past work experience and the development of new learning in the form of work based projects focusing on the learner’s current work role.

The programme enables motivated Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders with the skills and tools to effectively and efficiently manage the day-to-day running of the business whilst assisting the business to achieve its strategic objectives. This holistic integrated management model adopted by the MIM Work Based Diploma of Leadership and Management ensures the enhancement of the competencies of the managers to build organisational capability.

How the Programme Works

  • Minimum with SPM 3 credits
  • At least 3 years of experience and be able to see aspects of your current work as having opportunity to undertake projects

Dual Diploma:

MIM Work Based Diploma of Leadership and Management is awarded from the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) and Australasian Leadership Academy (ALA)
