Mental Health issues and problems are on the increase globally and in Malaysia. These issues and problems do not appear overnight but are built or accumulated gradually over time until their seriousness start making its bearers dysfunctional at home, in society and at work. Mental health issues and problems can be prevented or minimized if detected and acknowledged early.

Anger and stress are natural survival instincts meant for the protection and wellbeing of individuals, however if left unmanaged, especially in stressful social and working conditions, can lead to unhealthy dysfunctional consequences.

Earning a living is important but knowing how to manage emotions for healthy living gives meaning to life. Employees with healthy body and mind are assets for organizations, society and their families.
