READY TO FLY IS BACK!
Petaling Jaya, Selangor, January 26, 2016: The Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) together with Konrad Adenauer Stiftung is pleased to announce the launch of the ‘Ready To Fly’ (RTF) programme for the third year running.
This youth living skills programme with the tagline, ‘Dream Big, Aim High’ will be held from February 24 to 26, 2016 at the Glory Beach Hotel, Port Dickson. Ready To Fly is an all-expenses-paid experiential learning programme specifically designed for young people between the ages of 17 to 23 years old.
The programme was created and developed by a team of professionals with more than 50 years combined experience in the education field. Ready To Fly is the brainchild of MIM’s CEO, Sivanganam Rajaretnan who is highly passionate about developing the future generation. This programme supports the nation building agenda in human capital development in realising the Wawasan 2020 goal of reaching developed nation status.
Ready To Fly will enable participants to learn the foundation of ‘who you are’, ‘love the way you feel’ and think ‘yes to get what you want’ formula. This experiential programme will include activities, games and stories designed to empower and engage students with different learning styles and allow them to discover, grow and perform at their best.
Several notable facilitators have been invited to participate in this unique and exciting programme. Among them are: Claire Keow, Mervyn Shanker and V. Kumaran. Each has many years of experience in dealing with the unleashing of individual potential.
Over the past two years, more than eighty young people have successfully benefited from this programme. In 2016, Ready To Fly is looking to empower some fifty participants, enabling them to be smarter in problem solving and decision making and optimizing their talents to achieve better results.
