The 6th MIM Life
Enrichment Programme (MIM-RAMLEA) 2009
34 participants from
different ethnic groups, coming from all over Peninsula Malaysia and East Malaysia
including a foreign participant from Nigeria completed the 6th MIM-RAMLEA programme. They
were recognised at the Closing Ceremony Dinner held on Saturday, 21 November 2009. The 34
RAMLEANs are now equipped with added knowledge and renewed spirit to reinvent life after
retirement.

Forum 2009
The Malaysian
Institute of Management (MIM) organised the MIM-KAS Human Capital Management (HCM) Forum
2009 at Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur. The HCM Forum is held yearly by MIM for HR
practitioners to come together to discuss, share and learn about trends and issues
pertaining to human capital development in the country, and how MIM can help HR
