Certified Professional Trainer (MIM-CPT) and Australian Certified Trainer & Assessor. Holds a DBA, Master of Engineering, and qualifications in training and management. Specialist in Train-The-Trainer, Leadership, TNA, and Competency-Based Training. Trained professionals across sectors including banking, IT, oil & gas, manufacturing, and GLCs. Known for his engaging delivery and practical, results-driven training approach.

Shanti Subramaniam

Over 30 years of experience in Learning & Development across multiple industries and regions. Expert in instructional design, coaching, facilitation, and training effectiveness. HRD Corp Accredited Trainer with strong credentials in marketing, coaching, and facilitation. Holds a Master’s in Marketing (University of Newcastle, Australia) and a Bachelor’s in Management (Marketing) (USM). Certified in Training & Assessment, Performance Coaching, Facilitation, and Agile Fundamentals. Experienced educator for CIM, MBA, Degree and Diploma programmes with international universities. Actively involved in global networks for coaches, facilitators, and learning professionals.
