Professor Danny Simms is a Consulting Professor in Leadership, Culture & Performance and an international leadership practitioner and facilitator with over 30 years’ experience designing and delivering leadership programmes across Australia, Malaysia, and the UAE. A long-standing partner of the Malaysian Institute of Management, he leads programmes in Digital Leadership, Cultural Communication Advantage, and The Connected Leader, Mastering Performance Conversations and many others, combining applied research with practical tools that help leaders translate strategy into sustained behaviour and results.
