Participants for the AI organizational strategy program must meet the following minimum requirements:
• Must be a C-level executive or Director of an organization.
• Define an AI-driven organisation and assess AI maturity.
• Align AI initiatives with business objectives.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases and prioritise AI projects.
• Develop AI governance frameworks covering transparency and accountability.
• Understand global AI regulations and compliance, including Malaysian AIGE.

The syllabus for the AI organizational strategy program is designed to. These topics are divided into several domains, and participants' knowledge is tested through an exam. The examination will consist of a single exam of one (1) hour duration which consists of 20 multiple choice questions. Participants must achieve a passing mark of 80% or more for successful certification.
