Delivered over 60 hours across six months, this work-based programme combines a three-day intensive training with guided facilitation and personalised coaching. Mr. Mah is an ICF-Certified Level 1 Coach who brings nearly 30 years of expertise in project management, HSE, TQM, productivity improvement and supplier development. With a strong foundation in quality and R&D within biomedical and automotive industries, he has led initiatives as a Quality Manager and Design & Development Manager in Malaysia’s automobile sector. He has worked with global leaders like AlliedSignal Inc., Bendix Corp., and Chrysler, equipping organisations with actionable strategies that drive immediate performance improvement.
