This practical 2-day programme equips participants with Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving (CTPS) tools to analyse issues, generate ideas, evaluate options, and make effective workplace decisions. Participants will also explore AI-assisted thinking techniques using tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity AI for brainstorming and idea generation, while recognising the importance of human judgement, ethics, and communication through interactive activities, workplace scenarios, collaborative discussions, guided reflection, and practical team-based problem-solving exercises.
